- ما هي أساليب أبحاث المستخدم؟ ولماذا هي مهمة؟ والفرق بينها؟ وكيف نختار أسلوب البحث المناسب؟
Stage Twoالاستراتيجية وجمع المعلومات (أبحاث المستخدم)
- التعرف علي اهداف العمل للمنتج او الخدمة عن طريق اجراء مقابلات اصحاب المصلحة
- انواع اصحاب المصلحة وكيفية الوصول اليهم
- قوانين كتابة اسئلة مقابلات اصحاب المصلحة والاخطاء الشائعة وكيفية تجنبها
- ادارة جلسة مقابلة صاحب المصلحة
- التعرف علي احتياجات المستخدمين والمشاكل التي تواجههم ( User needs, Pains, and Problems)
- قوانين كتابة اسئلة مقابلات المستخدمين والاخطاء الشائعة وكيفية تجنبها
- اختيار العينة الصحيحة من المستخدمين لاجراء المقابلات معهم
- ادارة جلسة مقابلات المستخدمين
- صياغة اسئلة استطلاع الرأي (Survey) واماكن نشرها ومحظورات هذ النوع من الابحاث
- عمل تحليل المنافسين وتحدي نقاط اقوة والضعف وتحليل فجوات السوق استعداداً لاستغلالها

Stage threeتنظيم وتحليل المعلومات
- تحديد وبناء الشخصيات التي يتم تصميم المنتج او الخدمة لها (Personas)
- تنظيم وترتيب المعلومات الناتجة من ابحاث المستخدم لكي يتم تحليلها “خرائط التقارب” (Affinity Map)
- تحديد المشكلات ووضع اولويات لها تجهيزاً لمرحلة ايجاد الحلول
المرحلة الرابعةإيجاد الحلول والمميزات
- التفكير في المشكلات وتحليلها وايجاد الحلول لها (HMW’s & Crazy 8s Technique)
- تحويل الحلول الي مميزات يمكن تصميمها للمنتج (Features list)

Candidates in this segment receive financial support ranging from 75% to 95% depending on the candidate's status.

40% seats with refund fees
Candidates in this category receive 100% financial support, but they must pay a fee to ensure seriousness, which will be refunded at the end of the scholarship if they comply with the conditions.

Candidates in this segment receive 100% financial support and their scholarship is completely free.

How can I apply and participate in this scholarship?
Fill out the application form with all your details carefully, and our specialized team will carefully study your application. You will receive a final response within a maximum of 30 days from the date of submission.

We offer four different types to suit the needs of all applicants:
- Without any fees or financial obligations
- Free with contract signing to ensure seriousness and perseverance
- A small fee will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the camp
- Discount ranging from 80% to 95% depending on the applicant's status
Can I choose the right scholarship type for me?
No, we determine the type of scholarship that is right for you based on a comprehensive study of your condition. After you are accepted, we will contact you via email to inform you of the type of scholarship you have received.
If I am not accepted into this scholarship, can I apply again?
Of course! Failure to accept a particular scholarship does not affect your chances of future scholarships. We encourage you to apply for any new scholarship we announce, and we wish you all the best.
